Accessibility roadmap
The accessibility roadmap outlines all ongoing projects at LAO to improve accessibility services for Ontarians. Information will be updated regularly as projects advance.
Feedback process
General feedback about Legal Aid Ontario's accessibility process can be provided at any time through our online form or other communications methods.
Notice of accessibility interruption
Occasionally, some LAO services may be temporarily unavailable due to electrical outages or network issues. In these circumstances, LAO will post information on alternative ways to services on its homepage and through the Legal Aid Ontario Twitter account.
